Be Well Coaching Sessions are the one-on-one support you need to make big changes in your life.
These individualized 60-minute meetings help you focus in on where you’re getting stuck, helping you work through the mental roadblocks that have been holding you back. We’ll work together to find the best way for you to move past what’s keeping you from moving on to a better place, mentally and emotionally.
If you’ve tried to “find yourself” on your own, you know how murky the process can be. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what you really want and need, and it’s not uncommon to feel like you’re being pulled in different directions. I’m here to help my coaching clients find what they truly want and need. I help clear away the confusion and bring in more clarity and purpose.
Be Well Coaching 3-Session Program will give YOU the opportunity to spend time observing, knowing and releasing YOURSELF from those voices in your head that have been holding you back from achieving your dreams.

Before Your Session
If you haven’t already, spend some time thinking about what makes you happy (and what doesn’t). Do you feel pulled to fulfill a certain purpose in life? Or, have you been struggling to identify that purpose? I’ll guide you through the process of transformation, but it can be helpful to do some reflection before your first session.
During Your Session
Be as honest and open-minded as possible. And, remember that self-discovery often isn’t a linear path. You’ll be learning a lot about yourself through these sessions, and you’ll get more out of them if you remain open to the experience and what you discover!
Tips
Set aside some time to reflect on what you learn after each session. Journaling can be particularly helpful as you work to sort through the breakthroughs you’ve had, and it can remind you of any mindset work you should continue to do.
